I came to this work through a life fully lived—through movement and stillness, creativity and responsibility, intimacy and loss.
For over 20 years, I founded and led a creative and cultural organisation. For me, this work was always about more than the project itself; it was a way to create a container for connection, nature, and community.
My path into psychotherapy was woven throughout this time. My training began before I stepped into leadership and continued alongside it. My practice today is fueled by decades of travel and study in meditation and holistic arts—driven by a curiosity about what heals and how we find wholeness in a complex world.
