Non-ordinary experiences—including those arising through psychedelic work, breathwork, meditation, or spontaneous spiritual emergence—can open the door to profound insight. They can also leave us feeling disorientated, emotionally exposed, or uncertain about what has happened.

Integration is the process of making sense of these experiences and discovering how they might be meaningfully lived in everyday life.

Together, we gently unpack what happened, notice what may still be unfolding, and consider how the experience relates to your relationships, choices, and wider life.

This work is informed by mindfulness, psychotherapy, and an appreciation that the meaning of an experience may continue to reveal itself over time. The aim is not to arrive at a definitive interpretation, but to develop a grounded and balanced relationship with what has been experienced.

Please note: I do not provide, facilitate, or advise on the use of psychedelic substances.

Integration sessions are typically 75–90 minutes. Fees and package options are discussed on enquiry.
